珠海隧道超大直径盾构浅埋极软地层施工关键技术

浅埋极软地层超大直径盾构施工存在冒顶漏浆、管片上浮、管片渗漏水、盾构姿态控制困难等重难点问题.依托珠海隧道工程,针对盾构始发一侧隧道埋深浅、周边地层极为软弱的特点,制定并采取了地层预加固处理、盾构机针对性设计、同步双液注浆系统改造及注浆方法优化、改进管片防水体系等系统性措施,浅埋极软地层重难点问题得到有效控制.单一的地层预加固措施对浅埋段管片上浮控制效果有限;厚浆与双液浆组合使用的分区注浆方法可实现缩短顶部浆液初凝时间和早强效果,有效解决了管片上浮及渗漏水;控制管片不均匀上浮可以避免管片渗漏水和裂缝漏水问题.
Key Construction Technology for Super Large Diameter Shield Tunneling in Extremely Soft Shallow Buried Soil Layer in Zhuhai Tunnel
There are some key and difficult problems in the construction of a super-large-diameter shield in a shallow,buried,extremely soft stratum,such as roof collapse and slurry leakage,segment up-floating,segment leakage and difficult control of shield attitude.Based on the Zhuhai Tunnel Project,aiming at the characteristics of the shallow buried depth and extremely weak surrounding stratum on the side of shield launching,systematic measures such as stratum pre-reinforcement treatment,targeted design of shield machine,transformation and optimization of synchronous double liquid grouting system and grouting method,and improvement of segment waterproof system were formulated and adopted,and the key and difficult problems in shallow buried extremely soft stratum were effectively controlled.A single stratum pre-reinforcement measure has limited effect on the floating control of shallow buried segments.The partition grouting method combined with thick slurry and double slurry can shorten the initial setting time and early strength of the top slurry,and effectively solve the floating and leakage of the segment.The problems of segment leakage and crack leakage can be avoided by controlling the uneven floating of the segment.
