深厚易塌孔地层灌注桩旋挖全套管钻沉拔一体施工技术

在深厚易塌孔地层进行旋挖灌注桩施工,通常需要沉入深长护筒进行护壁,以确保孔壁稳定.目前传统深长护筒的施工方法均需要 2 台或 2 台以上大型机械配合施工,工序复杂、钻进效率低.针对在深厚易塌孔地层超长护筒施工存在的问题,研发了一种灌注桩旋挖全套管钻、沉、拔一体施工技术,在沉入长护筒、旋挖取土、起拔长护筒全过程均只采用 1 台旋挖钻机进行施工,达到了施工工效高、成桩质量好、综合成本低的效果.
Integrated Construction Technology of Pipe Drilling,Sinking and Pulling of Bored Pile in Deep and Easy-to-collapse Stratum
In the construction of rotary bored piles in deep and prone-to-collapse hole strata,it is usually necessary to sink into deep and long protective casings to protect the wall and ensure the stability of the hole wall.So far,traditional construction methods of deep and long protective casings require two or more large machines to cooperate with each other,which leads to complicated working procedures and low drilling efficiency.In view of the above-mentioned problems in the construction of super-long casings in deep and prone-to-collapse strata,after in-depth research,an integrated construction technology of drilling,sinking and pulling out of rotary drilling cast-in-place pile full casings is developed.Only one rotary drilling rig is used for construction in the whole process of sinking long protective casings,rotary digging for soil and pulling out long protective casings,which achieves the effects of high construction efficiency,good pile quality and low comprehensive cost.
