Construction Technology and Numerical Simulation of Wheel-spoke Cable Truss Structure for Large-span Steel Roof
The wheel-spoke tension structure resists the external load after the stiffness forms by tensioning the flexible cable.In order to ensure the safety and reliability of the whole process of flexible structure tension forming and meet the design requirements after tension,it is necessary to carry out numerical simulation and calculation analysis of each stage for the construction process to determine a reasonable construction scheme.The finite element software ANSYS was used to establish the overall analysis model of steel roof wheel-spoke cable truss of Jinan Yellow River Sports Center.The equivalent cooling method was used to apply pre-tension to the wheel-spoke cable,and the mechanical response of the overall structure in different construction stages was obtained.The shape analysis of the cable truss structure was carried out to make the actual internal force of the cable member consistent with the design tension.The research shows that the equivalent cooling method can be used to simulate the pre-tension of the large-span steel roof wheel-spoke cable,and the mechanical response of the whole structure in each construction stage meets the safety requirements.
