Integrated Unequal Height Step Lifting Technology of Flexible Underhanging Conversion Structure for Steel Grid
The application of the steel lifting process significantly increases construction productivity and operator safety.The stage and audience hall roof of Chengdu Jinsha Performing Arts Complex are constructed with a welded ball grid and three systems:a conversion layer,a wheeled beam layer,and a grille layer.Before construction,the strength,stiffness and stability of the combination of the grid structure and the underhanging structure are analyzed,and the detailed design,verification and simulation construction are carried out.During the lifting period,the monitoring is strengthened.The flexible joint is used to hang the conversion structure at the bottom of the steel grid,and it is accumulated as a multi-system combination after being assembled on the ground.The highly integrated lifting technology adapts to the diversified building characteristics and construction conditions,and reduces the high-altitude operation,improves the construction efficiency and shortens the construction period.
