摘要

某演艺中心异形钢结构体系复杂.若采用传统施工技术路线,能最大程度地满足原结构设计意图,但施工进度、质量均难以保障.因此,采用甲板钢结构及内部框架筒先行施工,船体网壳后施工的施工方案.施工过程中,局部临时支撑位于结构内部,设置简单,且不占用外部施工场地和运输道路.实践表明,采用优化方案节约了施工成本,加快了施工进度.

Abstract

The special-shaped steel structure system of a performing arts center is complex.If the traditional construction technology is adopted,the original structural design intention can be met to the greatest extent,but the construction progress and quality are difficult to guarantee.Therefore,the construction scheme of deck steel structure and internal frame tube construction first and hull reticulated shell construction later is adopted.During the construction process,the local temporary support is located inside the structure,which is simple to set up and does not occupy the external construction site and transportation road.Practice shows that the optimization scheme saves the construction cost and accelerates the construction progress.
