激光扫描技术在大型波浪形屋盖钢结构变形分析中的应用

摘要
新建厦门北站站房屋盖钢结构跨度大、造型复杂,属于大型结构整体提升施工.利用三维激光扫描技术结合有限元软件模拟分析大跨度钢屋盖变形情况.通过现场实测数据及卸载前、后的三维激光扫描结果验证有限元模拟是否能较好地拟合工程实际情况.实践表明有限元模拟模型精度高,与现场拟合较好.
Abstract
The steel structure of the newly built Xiamen North Station building has a large span and complex shape,which belongs to the construction of overall upgrading of large structures.Using 3D laserscanning technology combined with finite element software to simulate and analyze the deformation of large-span steel roofs.Whether the finite element simulation can fit the actual engineering situation well is verified through on-site measured data and 3D laser scanning results before and after unloading.Practice shows that the simulation finite element model has high accuracy and fits well with the field.
