塔式组合支撑架承载力影响因素分析

摘要
塔式组合支撑架是承受垂直荷载的施工支撑体系,有构配件少、拼装简单、承载力大、施工效率高等特点.目前,塔式组合支撑架在实际应用过程中,仅利用稳定性公式对其立杆进行简化计算以检查安全性,不能充分考虑节点转动刚度、初始缺陷等因素的影响.通过建立塔式组合支撑架有限元模型,分析塔式组合支撑架高度、节点转动刚度、初始缺陷对单元塔架极限承载力的影响.依据分析结果,对支撑体系的构造施工提出相应的控制措施.
Abstract
The tower composite support frame is a construction support system that bears vertical load,it has the characteristics of few structural parts,simple assembly,large bearing capacity and high construction efficiency.At present,in the practical engineering application process of the tower composite support frame,only the stability formula is used to simplify the calculation of the vertical bar to check the safety,and the influence of the factors such as the rotational stiffness of the joint and the initial defect can not be fully considered.By establishing the finite element model of tower composite support frame,the influence of tower height,joint rotational stiffness and initial defect on the ultimate bearing capacity of the unit tower support frame is analyzed.According to the analysis results,the corresponding control measures are put forward for the construction of the support system.
