Evaluation of Bearing Capacity for Continuous Box Girder Bridge Based on Load Test
In order to comprehensively evaluate whether the actual bearing capacity of a pair of continuous box beam bridges meets the design and use requirements, the actual operation of the bridge is determined.Based on the static load test, the strain and deflection of the test section under various operating conditions of the bridge are measured, the cracking of the bridge is observed.Combined the modular parameters and power response of the bridge in combination with the dynamic carrier test, using finite element software for numerical simulation analysis, the real measured value and calculated value are compared and analysed, the effects of deflection and strain verification coefficients, the relative residual displacement(strain),autobiography frequency, and impact coefficients on the bearing capacity of the bridge are analyzed. The results show that the strength of the bridge structure has a certain margin but the stiffness margin is insufficient, the overall structure is close to the elastic working status under the test load. Therefore, the actual bearing capacity of the bridge can not meet the design requirements,it is recommended to strengthen the upper structure of the bridge.
