摘要

为研究纤维增强混凝土预制隧道管片抗弯性能、抗裂性能及隧道掘进机产生的推力对管片的影响,对钢筋混凝土管片和纤维增强混凝土管片进行全尺寸试验,包括静载弯曲试验和点荷载试验.研究结果表明,从设计荷载角度考虑,纤维增强混凝土管片相对于钢筋混凝土管片具有更高的承载力;钢筋混凝土管片和纤维增强混凝土管片点荷载-位移关系曲线变化趋势较相似,管片均未发生明显的开裂,均能承受设计荷载作用;与钢筋混凝土管片相比,纤维增强混凝土管片具有更好的抗弯性能和抗裂性能,纤维增强混凝土可替代钢筋混凝土制备预制隧道管片.

Abstract

In order to study the flexural performance,crack resistance,and the impact of the thrust generated by tunnel boring machines on fiber reinforced concrete precast tunnel segments,full-scale tests were conducted on both traditional reinforced concrete segments and fiber reinforced concrete segments,including static loading bending tests and point load tests.The research results show that,from the perspective of design load,fiber reinforced concrete segments have a higher load-bearing capacity compared to reinforced concrete segments.Both types of segments demonstrated similar trends in the point load-displacement relationship curves without evident cracking and were able to withstand the design load.Compared to reinforced concrete segments,fiber reinforced concrete segments exhibit better flexural,crack resistance performance and could replace reinforced concrete in the fabrication of precast tunnel segments.
