机制砂、硅灰和钢纤维制备改性混凝土性能研究

摘要
采用机制砂100%替代天然河砂,制备机制砂、硅灰和钢纤维改性混凝土.共设计制作 13 组混凝土试件,硅灰添加量为胶凝材料总质量的0%,7.5%,15%,钢纤维添加量为混合料总体积的 0%,0.5%,1%,1.5%.通过开展抗压强度、劈裂抗拉强度、抗弯强度和抗冲击强度测试,研究改性混凝土工作性能和力学性能.研究结果表明,与使用天然河砂制备的混凝土相比,使用机制砂制备的混凝土力学性能在一定程度上有所提高.与未添加硅灰和钢纤维的混凝土相比,添加硅灰的混凝土抗拉强度显著提高,添加钢纤维的混凝土抗拉强度和抗冲击强度显著提高.
Abstract
Manufactured sand,silica fume and steel fiber modified concrete were prepared by replacing 100%natural river sand with manufactured sand.A total of 13 groups of concrete specimens were designed and manufactured,the amount of silica fume added was 0%,7.5%,15%of the cementitious material total mass,and the amount of steel fiber added was 0%,0.5%,1%,1.5%of the mixture total volume.The working performance and mechanical properties of modified concrete were studied by testing compressive strength,splitting tensile strength,bending strength and impact strength.The research results show that compared with the concrete prepared by natural river sand,the mechanical properties of concrete prepared by manufactured sand can be improved to a certain extent.Compared with concrete without silica fume and steel fiber,the addition of silica fume can significantly improve the tensile strength of concrete,and the addition of steel fiber can significantly improve the tensile strength and impact strength of concrete.
