摘要

为探明地铁三线小净距并行隧道工程后建隧道盾构掘进对先建隧道结构的扰动规律,开展盾构掘进过程中先建隧道盾构掘进参数、土压力等监测工作,并总结小净距并行隧道盾构掘进控制方法和先建隧道结构增强措施.研究结果表明,在小净距并行隧道盾构掘进过程中,盾构姿态控制,尤其是水平姿态控制对既有结构变形的影响较大;先建隧道支顶台车能够有效控制管片衬砌结构变形,对并行隧道间的地层起一定支撑作用;盾构隧道多线并行施工是原有平衡状态→扰动状态→再次达到平衡状态的动态过程,可从降低扰动源强度和增强受扰动体刚度方面对先建隧道结构及围岩变形进行控制.

Abstract

In order to find out the disturbance law of the shield tunneling of the post-built tunnel of the three-line parallel shield tunnel project on the pre-built tunnel structure,the monitoring work of the pre-built shield tunnel tunneling parameters and soil pressure during the shield tunneling process is carried out.The control methods of shield tunneling in parallel tunnels with minimal distance and the structural enhancement measures of pre-built tunnels are summarized.The research results show that the shield attitude control,especially the horizontal attitude control,has a great influence on the deformation of the existing structure in the process of shield tunneling in parallel tunnels with minimal distance.The pre-built shield tunnel jacking trolley can effectively control the deformation of the segment lining structure and play a supporting role in the strata between parallel tunnels.The multi-line parallel construction of shield tunnel is a dynamic process of the original equilibrium state to disturbance state,and reaching the equilibrium state again.The deformation of the tunnel structure and surrounding rock can be controlled by reducing the strength of the disturbance source and enhancing the stiffness of the disturbed body.
