钢结构遭受火灾后力学性能及承载力均会受到削弱,需对构件及连接节点进行火灾后安全性鉴定及修复加固,以减小灾后间接经济损失.结合某钢结构厂房受火实例,介绍钢结构火灾后检测鉴定过程.通过现场检测钢柱、钢梁等构件损伤变形情况及节点连接构造措施,分析火灾后钢结构厂房构件和连接节点力学性能及剩余承载力,结合规范提出螺栓剩余承载力实用计算方法,并对钢结构火灾后检测研究方向进行了展望.
Post-fire Safety Identification of Steel Structure Factory
The mechanical properties and bearing capacity of steel structures will be weakened after a fire.Post-fire safety identification,repair and reinforcement of components and connecting nodes are required to reduce indirect economic losses after a fire.Based on an example of a post-fire steel structure factory,the post-fire detection and identification process of steel structures is introduced.Through on-site detection of damage and deformation of steel columns,steel beams and other components as well as node connection structural measures,the mechanical properties and residual bearing capacity of steel structure factory components and connection nodes after a fire were analyzed.A practical calculation method for the remaining bearing capacity of bolts was proposed based on the specifications,and the research direction of post-fire detection of steel structures is prospected.
