Application of Phased Array Ultrasonic Imaging Method in the Detection of Concrete Internal Defect
The aging damage of concrete components is directly related to the safety and durability of reinforced concrete structures.Defects such as cracks, holes, and segregation often occur in concrete components during construction and maintenance. These defects will affect the structural bearing capacity and service life. Therefore,it is of great significance to study non-destructive detection methods for defects in concrete components. In order to expand the application scope of the phased array ultrasonic imaging method in the field of internal defect detection of concrete structures,an example of a concrete component inspection project on the first underground floor of a storage base was used as the research object. The phased array ultrasonic imaging method was used to detect the internal defects of the inspected concrete beams.Complete census and verification by ultrasonic method and core drilling method. The detection results show that the phased array ultrasonic imaging method can accurately reflect construction defects such as poor concrete cementation and internal holes.
