桥梁施工过程中存在着较大的复杂性,导致施工质量和安全风险较高,为此,以津歧公路(东风大桥—南堤路)拓宽改造工程中的桥梁施工为例,建立基于数字孪生的桥梁施工架构,研究数字孪生技术的应用.基于数字孪生的桥梁施工架构集成了物理模型、逻辑模型、数据模型、可视化模型和优化模型,各模型之间的逻辑关系明确.通过采用数字孪生技术,保证施工过程智能化、精细化和可视化控制,实现高效建造.
Bridge Construction Technology Based on Digital Twin
There is great complexity in the process of bridge construction,which leads to high construction quality and safety risk.Therefore,taking the bridge construction in the widening and reconstruction project of Jinqi Highway(Dongfeng Bridge to Nandi Road)as an example,the bridge construction framework based on digital twin is established,and the application of digital twin technology is studied.The bridge construction framework based on digital twin integrates physical model,logical model,data model,visualization model and optimization model,and the logical relationship between each model is clear.By using digital twin technology,the intelligent,refined and visual control of the construction process is ensured,and the efficient construction is realized.
