Construction Technology of Integral Lifting Formwork Lining for Super-large Shaft
Based on the No.3shaft of Tianshan Shengli Tunnel,the integral lifting formwork lining construction technology for super-large shafts was proposed.Two independent half-moon shaped monolithic upward hydraulic metal formwork were installed on the inner side of the shaft initial support molding concrete,which was lifted synchronously by eight steady trucks.The concrete was poured continuously,evenly and symmetrically through multiple pouring ports around the formwork to ensure the rapid and high-quality construction of the super-large shaft lining.The finite element analysis program was used to study the deformation and strength characteristics under the working conditions of single formwork lifting,formwork integral lifting and concrete pouring.A local force analysis model was established for the intersection of key components such as transverse and longitudinal ribs and limit bars to ensure the rationality and safety of the formwork design.The research results show that the stress and deformation of formwork,transverse rib,longitudinal rib and limit bar meet the requirements of the specifications under the conditions of single formwork lifting,formwork integral lifting and concrete pouring.The integral lifting formwork lining construction technology for super-large shafts has a high degree of mechanization,achieving an average construction efficiency of 200m per month.It ensures that the poured concrete has enough hydration reaction time in the formwork and improves the early strength of concrete.It can also ensure the quality of construction.
