强风化花岗岩超大断面隧道突水突泥灾害预防措施研究

隧道穿越强风化花岗岩地层时,易发生突水突泥等灾害,严重影响隧道施工安全.以厦门第二西通道工程为研究对象,通过采用超前地质预报手段对不良地质进行预测,其中BZK15+270—BZK15+300 区段处于透水性强、自稳能力差的碎块状强风化花岗岩地层.针对隧道穿越F6 风化槽的施工难点,提出长管棚和半断面帷幕注浆联合的支护方式,并根据检查孔状态、注浆量、注浆压力及注浆率验证帷幕注浆措施的有效性.
Research on Preventive Measures for Water and Mud Inrush Disasters in Highly Weathered Granite Super Large Section Tunnel
When tunnels pass through strongly weathered granite formations,disasters such as water and mud bursts are prone to occur,seriously affecting the safety of tunnel construction.The Xiamen Second West Passage project was taken as the research object,and advanced geological prediction methods were used to predict unfavorable geology.Among them,the BZK15+270—BZK15+300 section is located in a fragmented strongly weathered granite formation with strong permeability and poor self stability.Aiming at the construction difficulties of tunnel passing through F6 weathering trough,a combined advanced support method of long pipe shed and half section curtain grouting is proposed,and the effectiveness of curtain grouting measures is verified based on the inspection hole status,grouting amount,grouting pressure and grouting rate.
