津兴铁路二期 1 标隧道洞口装配式雨棚预制构件包括预制柱、预制梁、预制板,均采用工厂化标准生产.介绍隧道洞口装配式雨棚施工工艺流程,对施工准备、柱脚定位装置安装、预制柱吊装、预制梁吊装、预制叠合板吊装、叠合面混凝土浇筑、验收等进行叙述,对不同预制构件吊具选择和吊点布置进行分析,并提出施工质量控制措施.
Abstract
The prefabricated canopy precast members at the tunnel portal of section 1 of the second phase of Jinxing Railway include precast columns,precast beams and precast slabs,all of which are produced according to factory standards.This paper introduces the construction process of prefabricated canopy at tunnel portal,describes the construction preparation,column base positioning device installation,precast columns hoisting,precast beams hoisting,precast superimposed slabs hoisting,concrete pouring on the superimposed surface,check and acceptance.This paper analyzes the selection of spreaders and the layout of hoisting points of different precast members,and proposes construction quality control measures.
