磁化水对泡沫混凝土强度和泡沫稳定性的影响

为了提高泡沫混凝土的强度和泡沫稳定性,分别以 0.65,1.65,2.65m/s的流速通过永久磁场 1,5,10 次的磁化水制备 9 种泡沫混凝土,对其进行泡沫稳定性、抗压强度、劈裂抗拉强度试验,并与采用未磁化水的试件进行对比.试验结果表明:使用磁化水后,泡沫混凝土的泡沫稳定性、抗压强度、劈裂抗拉强度明显提高;水的流速和通过永久磁场的次数是重要的因素;与未磁化的对照组相比,磁化水流速为 0.65m/s和 1.65m/s时,磁化 10 次试件的力学性能最好.磁化水流速为 2.65m/s时,磁化 1 次试件的力学性能最好.
Effect of Magnetized Water on Strength of Foamed Concrete and Foam Stability
In order to improve the strength of foam concrete and the stability of foam,nine kinds of foam concrete were prepared by magnetized water in permanent magnetic field for 1,5,and 10 times at the flow rates of 0.65,1.65,and 2.65m/s,respectively.The foam stability,compressive strength,and splitting tensile strength tests were carried out on them,and compared with the specimens using unmagnetized water.The test results show that the foam stability,compressive strength and splitting tensile strength of foam concrete are significantly improved after the use of magnetized water.The flow rate of water and the number of times through the permanent magnetic field are important factors.Compared with the unmagnetized control group,when the magnetized water flow rate is 0.65m/s and 1.65m/s,the mechanical properties of the magnetized 10 times specimen are the best,when the magnetized water flow rate is 2.65m/s,the mechanical properties of the specimen magnetized once are the best.
