Key Construction Technology of Ship-shaped Steel Structure and Daylighting Roof of Ocean University of China
This paper introduces the construction scheme of the ship-shaped steel structure and daylighting roof of the first phase in Marine Science and Education Innovation Park(West Coast Campus)of Ocean University of China,which solves the complex technical problems of steel structure installation,and achieves the effect of fast speed,good quality and low consumption.Through the finite element analysis,the tension force of the steel cable tensioned at each step is obtained,and the theoretical basis for the actual tension is provided.Reasonable tensioning sequence and appropriate tool selection ensure the smooth installation.Through the steps of ship-shaped steel structure installation and sling tensioning,daylighting roof installation and sling tensioning,ship-shaped steel structure stability cable tensioning,etc.,the expected structural state is finally realized.The construction technology is feasible and reliable.
