Multi-objective Optimization of Temporary Facilities Layout of Prefabricated Buildings Based on SLP and NSGA-Ⅱ
Prefabricated buildings have attracted more and more attention in the field of modern architecture.Effective temporary facility layout is crucial to improve assembly efficiency and reduce safety risks.Aiming at the layout problem of temporary facilities in prefabricated buildings,a multi-objective optimization method based on improved NSGA-Ⅱ algorithm is proposed.Firstly,a multi-objective optimization mathematical model of tower crane hoisting time,tower crane horizontal hoisting path length and safety risk related to the degree of closeness is established.Then,the improved NSGA-Ⅱ algorithm,which combines SLP method and random method to generate initial population,is used to solve the model.The results show that the proposed method can effectively reduce the hoisting time of tower crane,narrow the hoisting range and reduce the safety risk related to the closeness.
