Comprehensive Quality Inspection and Surveying of Excellent Historical Buildings Before Renovation
In order to scientifically protect excellent historical buildings,taking the comprehensive inspection of an excellent historical building as an example,this paper carried out comprehensive quality inspection and special surveying work before renovation,investigated the housing protection category,key protection parts,protection scope,renovation and reconstruction history,use load,etc.,drew house building and structural surveying drawings,conducted on-site inspections of house damage,sampled and tested the mechanical properties of the main structural materials of the house,and measured the inclination and uneven settlement of the house.Based on the on-site inspection results,a reasonable calculation model was established to verify the bearing capacity of the house structure.Based on the on-site inspection and verification results,the safety performance and seismic performance of the house structure were comprehensively evaluated.
