Experimental Study on Bearing Capacity of Foundation Reinforced by Grouting Miniature Steel Pipe
In order to investigate the bearing performance of grouted miniature steel pipe piles for foundation reinforcement and use it to guide the field construction, the field test of grouted miniature steel pipe piles was carried out to investigate the effects of load and depth on the axial force of pile body, the relative displacement of pile body, the friction force on pile side as well as the difference of bearing performance of piles with different pile spacing. The results show that:soil layering will lead to the deformation of the soil around the pile at the corresponding depth and the emergence of negative friction resistance on the pile side;under the same geological conditions, the single pile bearing capacity and ultimate settlement displacement of 1.5m pile spacing are 1.25 and 1.13 times that of the 2m pile spacing, respectively;and under the same conditions, the 1.5m pile spacing can realize a better combination of economic cost and reinforcement effect.
