集成式全液压隧道仰拱智能移动栈桥施工技术

为解决隧道仰拱栈桥功能单一、仰拱模板上浮、受施工人员操作水平限制以及防水板铺设劳动强度高等难题,依托康渝高速铁路汉滨段左家山隧道工程,研究集成式仰拱栈桥换步前进原理、混凝土浇筑车组工作方法、铺挂防水板施工技术及智能化运营管理控制系统,研制新型集成式全液压隧道仰拱智能移动栈桥一体机.工程实践表明,栈桥步进式全液压驱动行走机构前移灵活;栈桥增设的中支腿能够为浇筑仰拱或填充混凝土提供有效支撑,栈桥增设的移动车组可满足混凝土浇筑、边墙防水板铺设平行作业要求;设置的框架式支撑抗浮体系能有效防止仰拱模板上浮;构建的模块化智能控制系统实现了实时远程辨别仰拱栈桥工作状态.相比于传统仰拱栈桥,改进后的集成式智能仰拱栈桥施工功效提升,经济和社会效益提高.
Construction Technology of Intelligent Mobile Trestle for Integrated Full Hydraulic Tunnel Inverted Arch
In order to solve the problems of single function,floating of arch formwork,limited operation level by construction personnel,and high labor intensity of waterproof board laying in the tunnel inverted arch wharf,relying on the Left Jiashan Tunnel project of the Hanbin section of the Kangyu high-speed railway,through in-depth research on the principle of integrated inverted arch wharf stepping forward,the working method of concrete pouring train group,the construction technology of laying waterproof boards on the inverted arch wharf structure,and the intelligent operation management and control system,A new type of integrated fully hydraulic tunnel inverted arch intelligent mobile gantry crane is developed.Engineering practice has shown that the walking mechanism of the stepped full hydraulic drive on the wharf can move forward flexibly.The middle support legs added to the pier can provide effective support for pouring inverted arches or filling concrete,and the mobile vehicle group added to the pier can meet the parallel operation of pouring and laying side wall waterproof boards.The framed support anti floating system set up can effectively prevent the upward floating of the arch formwork.The modular intelligent control system constructed has achieved real-time remote identification of the working status of the inverted arch bridge.Compared to traditional inverted arch piers,the improved integrated intelligent inverted arch piers have significantly improved construction efficiency,economic and social benefits.
