为解决大跨度钢主梁桥在不同地形地貌桥址条件下检修车轨道安装难题,采用理论分析结合某黄河大桥工程实际验证的方式,从新型工装研发、安装工艺、施工要点等多方面开展研究,形成了整套技术成果,并在依托工程中成功实施,在施工安全、质量、经济方面取得了良好的效益.
In order to solve the problem of difficult installation of maintenance vehicle tracks for large-span steel main beam bridges under different terrain and geomorphic bridge site conditions,theoretical analysis combined with practical verification of a certain Yellow River Bridge project was adopted.Research was conducted from multiple aspects such as new tooling development,installation technology,and construction points,forming a complete set of technical achievements.Based on the successful implementation of the project,good benefits were achieved in construction safety,quality,and economy.
