上软下硬地层且富水环境中,基坑止水帷幕的施工质量直接影响基坑开挖安全和变形控制.依托青岛市地铁7 号线周村站深大基坑工程,从施工机械、施工方法和信息化角度探讨CSM工法,形成整体式止水帷幕施工关键技术.系统研究了CSM刀盘选型与配置,浆液材料配合比,双轮铣头多点喷浆技术及注浆参数,浆液制备、存储方法,跳打搭接循环施工方法,以及CSM钻进全过程数据信息化监测方法.基于现场监测结果,CSM工法水泥土墙深基本超出设计墙深 0.5%,基坑开挖过程外围水位最大降深为 1.5m,右邻省道最大沉降值为 13.1mm,基坑开挖安全,表明CSM整体式止水帷幕适应性强、成墙质量好.
Key Construction Techniques of CSM Overall Water-resisting Curtain in Upper-soft and Lower-hard Stratum
In upper-soft and lower-hard stratum with rich water environment,the construction quality of the water-resisting curtain of excavation directly affects the safety and deformation control of the excavation.Based on the deep and large excavation project of the Zhoucun Station of Qingdao Metro Line 7,this paper explores the key construction techniques of the CSM method to form an overall water-resisting curtain from the perspectives of construction machinery,construction methods,and information technology.The study was conducted systematically on the selection and configuration of CSM cutterhead,the determination of material mix proportions through trial wall tests,the multipoint grouting technology and grouting parameters of double wheel trench cutter,methods of slurry preparation and storage,method of jump-and-stack looping construction,and the information monitoring method for the entire CSM drilling process.Based on the field monitoring results,the depth of the cement soil wall of the CSM method exceeds the design wall depth by 0.5%.The maximum drawdown of the peripheral water level during the excavation of the excavation is 1.5m,and the maximum settlement value of the right adjacent provincial road is 13.1mm.The excavation of the excavation is safe.The results show that the CSM integral waterproof curtain has strong adaptability and good wall quality.
