Concrete Modular Integrated Building Based on Stacked Frame Structure System
Modular integrated buildings are rapidly promoted and applied due to their advantages of industrialization, greening, intelligence and integration.Concrete modular buildings based on stacked frame structural system produce different product classifications according to their module forms, node types and calculation assumptions, and their application scenarios and scope of application are also different.Through structural design, experimental research and theoretical analysis to investigate the mechanical properties of the connection nodes;through the analysis of the force transmission mechanism and force mechanism of the concrete modular building when subjected to vertical and horizontal loads, the structural design method of the concrete modular building based on stacked frame structural system is proposed. The study shows that according to different application scenarios, concrete modular products can be categorized into three types. The connection nodes are safe and reliable and can be applied in concrete modular buildings;the structural design method of two-stage seismic design and collapse-resistant design is effective and feasible, and can be used to guide the actual engineering design.
