Construction of Assembly Joint Quality Information Model Based on Virtual Entity Materialization
To tackle the challenge of dispersed quality information in prefabricated building Joints, making standardized management difficult, the concept of Virtual Entity Materialization(VEM)is proposed.VEM involves transforming scattered quality information from various stages into tangible graphical elements within Building Information Modeling(BIM)models. These elements are then linked with temporal attributes to correlate with quality process information, enabling collaborative management across different stages.Based on the VEM concept and BIM technology, the Assembly Joint Quality Information Model(AJQIM)is defined. It introduces three fundamental process information models:quality entity requirements, quality entity monitoring, and quality entity inspection. The operational workflow, core functional algorithms, and implementation approach of AJQIM are elucidated.Using the Revit platform and MySQL database,AJQIM is established through C#secondary development.Experimental results demonstrate the practical value of AJQIM in enhancing the accuracy and completeness of quality control for prefabricated building joints.
