Research and Application of Column Flexible Automation Production Technology for Modular Integrated House
By examining the key structural features of modular integrated houses,it is determined that the columns, serving as load-bearing pillars at the four corners of these units, must be lightweight yet sturdy. The primary components are disassembled into thin plate bends, pillars, and L-shaped connectors.Tailored to the specific structural characteristics and production needs of the columns,a suite of intelligent modular column production equipment is developed. This equipment features a range of multi-axis robots, complemented by laser cutting, bending, welding, grinding, and non-standard automation systems. The inclusion of automated multi-axis robots enhances the flexibility and adaptability of the equipment.Once deployed, the equipment enables the flexible production of the columns ranging from 2.5 meters to 3.5 meters in length, constructed from Q235B material. The manufacturing process includes cutting, drilling, bending, welding, and grinding.Simply positioning the raw materials in bulk and securing them enables automated processing and production of columns, accommodating the manufacture of the columns of varying sizes. The technological advancements achieved in the automated production of modular house columns are deployed within the project's intelligent modular manufacturing facility, amalgamating seven fully automated process technologies to enhance the overall quality and efficiency of modular house construction.
