在我国大城市提倡引导工业上楼的背景下,聚焦应用成熟的双T板装配式结构体系进行垂直集成时普遍遇到的空间浪费瓶颈,探索对双T板构件进行纵肋开洞布置机电设备管线路由的配套技术的解决路径.运用建筑、结构、机电BIM管综手段,在虚拟试验研究项目中,通过完整模拟建筑、结构、机电多专业一体化集成过程,研究总结出适用于双T板结构体系的综合集成技术.
Key Design Technology for Industrial Space Integration of Double Tees
This paper focuses on the space waste bottleneck commonly encountered in application of mature double tees plate prefabricated structural systems for vertical integration in the context of promoting industrial development in major cities in China.It explores the solution path of supporting technology for longitudinal rib opening layout of mechanical and electrical equipment pipeline routing in double tees components.BIM management methods for architecture,structure,and electromechanical systems are utilized.In the virtual experimental research project,by fully simulating the integration process of architecture,structure,and electromechanical disciplines,a comprehensive integration technology suitable for the double tees structural system is studied and summarized.
