摘要
利用传感器技术的集成,巡检机器人在工厂环境中展现出杰出效能.凭借三维激光扫描技术,机器人能迅速获取工厂内部或项目现场的三维数据,精确掌握设备布局、材料堆放及工人操作状况.此外,图像处理技术的应用进一步提升了机器人的感知能力,使其能准确识别各种异常情况,如人员违规、设备故障和安全风险,从而实现对工厂生产和项目现场的智能化巡查与监管.进一步介绍了自动巡检机器人在工厂生产和项目现场中如何充分发挥其在数据智能采集与管理方面的显著优势.通过应用多模自动巡检机器人,模块化建筑制造领域的数字化管理与智能安全监管得以迈向新的发展阶段.
Abstract
By integrating sensor technology,inspection robots demonstrate outstanding performance in factory environments.With 3D laser scanning technology,robots can quickly obtain 3D data inside factories or project sites,accurately grasp equipment layout,material stacking,and worker operation conditions.In addition,the application of image processing technology further enhances the perception ability of robots,enabling them to accurately identify various abnormal situations,such as personnel violations,equipment failures,and safety risks,thereby achieving intelligent inspection and supervision of factory production and project sites.Furtherly,this paper introduces on how automatic inspection robots can fully leverage their significant advantages in intelligent data collection and management in factory production and project sites.By applying multi-mode automatic inspection robots,digital management and intelligent safety supervision in the modular construction and manufacturing field can move towards a new stage of development.
