Influence of Optimal Arrangement of Diaphragm Plates of Steel Box Girder on the Stress of Incremental Launching Construction
Aiming at the arrangement of diaphragm plates in the skew continuous steel box girder,a new arrangement scheme is proposed by adding orthogonal transverse diaphragm plates at the oblique support positions of the steel box girder.By establishing the finite element full-bridge model of steel box girder,different arrangement schemes of diaphragm plates are compared and analyzed.Under the most unfavorable conditions of incremental launching,the structural internal force,deflection,bearing reaction force,local stress and torsional deformation of the structure under different layout schemes of diaphragm plates are analyzed,and the feasibility of the new layout scheme proposed in this paper is verified.The results show that the new layout scheme is basically consistent with the conventional layout scheme in the distribution of bearing reaction force and bending moment.The advantages mainly lie in easy processing and manufacturing,small overall weight,and significant reduction of stress level in the support area.The optimal layout of transverse diaphragm plates in the skew continuous steel box girder meets the strength design requirements during incremental launching construction.
