Cast-in-situ Construction Technology of Non-floor Support System for Continuous Beam on Arch of Long-span Arch Bridge
Combined with the engineering example of Meixi River Double-track Super Large Bridge in Fengjie for Zhengzhou-Wanzhou High-speed Railway, this paper researches on cast-in-situ construction technology of the continuous beam on arch of long-span arch bridge.Through comparison and selection of support systems, simulation analysis, and precompression tests of cow legs, taking into account the second-order effect of pier columns,an innovative design of non-floor support system is developed.Using existing cable crane to coordinate construction, plan construction organization reasonably, and balanced and symmetrical cast-in-situ construction of triple continuous beams on the arch is achieved,as well as modular dismantling of Bailey beams.Through a series of design innovations and process optimizations, this technology effectively controls the construction deformation of arch bridge continuous beams of high-speed railway, ensuring construction quality and safety, significantly improving work efficiency and saving costs.
