基于CFD-DEM的泥水盾构落石箱优化设计

目前泥水盾构所使用的落石箱存在清渣频次高、筛分效率低的问题.以洛阳地铁 2 号线使用的落石箱为例,采用CFD-DEM流固耦合仿真技术,明晰了卵石在落石箱管道中的运动规律,阐释了目前落石箱问题产生的原因,并对结构进行了优化.同时研究了格栅的倾斜角度与距落石口的距离对落石箱筛分效率的影响,结果表明:格栅倾斜角大于 10°后,随着倾斜角度的增大,筛分效率逐渐降低.随着格栅与落石口距离增大,筛分效率逐渐提高,但当距离为 80mm时,出现大粒径渣石堵塞格栅的现象.建议格栅倾角设置在 0~10°,格栅与落石口距离在50~70mm.
Optimization Design of Rockfall Box in Mud-water Shield Based on CFD-DEM
Currently,the rockfall box used in the slurry shield has the problems of a high slag removal frequency and low screening efficiency.Taking the rockfall box used in Luoyang Metro Line 2 as an example,the CFD-DEM fluid-solid coupling simulation technology was used to clarify the movement law of pebbles in the rockfall box pipeline,explain the causes of the current rockfall box problem,and optimize the structure.Meanwhile,the influence of the inclination angle of the grille and the distance from the rockfall mouth on the screening efficiency of the rockfall box is studied.The results show that when the inclination angle of the grille is greater than 10°,the screening efficiency gradually decreases with the increase in the inclination angle.As the distance between the grille and the rockfall mouth increases,the screening efficiency gradually increases.However,when the distance is 80mm,there appears to be a phenomenon of large particle-size slag blocking the grille.Therefore,it is recommended that the inclination angle of the grille be set to 0~10°and the distance between the grille and the rockfall be 50~70mm.
