Optimization of Shield Disturbance Control Scheme in Water-rich Sand Layer Overlapping Interval
Based on a shield tunnel project in the water-rich sand layer of Harbin Metro Line 3,the finite element model of ABAQUS software is established to simulate the tunnel excavation process.Meanwhile,the reliability of the finite element model is verified by comparing it with the monitoring data.The control measures,such as advanced grouting and trolley support,are simulated,and the mechanism and reinforcement effect of different reinforcement measures are analyzed.Each reinforcement measure is further optimized to determine the best support scheme.The optimal support methods are combined to form a joint reinforcement method,and the corresponding evaluation method is established to quantify the reinforcement effect.Finally,the optimal reinforcement scheme is proposed.
