基于冻结法的盾构开仓技术研究与应用

目前盾构开仓方法常用的有地面预加固常压开仓、气压开仓、常压刀盘开仓等,还有盐水冷冻刀盘常压开仓.盾构开仓换刀应保证掌子面的稳定性,确保作业人员安全,同时在满足工期要求的前提下减少对周边环境的影响,因此对盾构开仓技术的研究是非常必要的.基于我国现有的常见盾构开仓换刀方法,针对液氮和盐水联合冻结加固刀盘周边岩土体的开仓技术进行研究,介绍了超大埋深富水复合地层液氮、盐水联合冻结的施工流程及技术要点,包括冻结壁设计、泥膜制作工艺、浆气置换工艺等,并以工程实例为依托,分析了减压试验、开仓换刀、强制解冻、施工监测等内容,得出浆气置换时机可根据泥水仓内介质温度、泥水仓内压力和减压试验综合确定的结论.
Research and Application of Shield Opening Technology Based on Freezing Method
Currently,the common methods of shield opening are ground pre-reinforcement atmospheric pressure opening,air pressure opening,atmospheric pressure cutter opening,etc.,as well as salt water freezing cutter opening at atmospheric pressure.Shield opening and tool changing should ensure both the stability of the working face and the safety of workers,and reduce the impact on the surrounding environment on the premise of meeting the requirements of the construction period.Therefore,the study of shield opening technology is of great necessity.Based on the existing common methods of shield opening and tool changing in China,the opening technology of rock and soil around the cutter head reinforced by liquid nitrogen and salt water combined freezing was studied.The construction process and technical points of liquid nitrogen and salt water combined freezing in super-deep buried water-rich composite strata were introduced.The research contents include freezing wall design,the mud film production process,the slurry gas replacement process,etc.And also based on engineering examples,the contents of the decompression test,opening and tool changing,forced thawing and construction monitoring were analyzed.It is concluded that the timing of slurry gas replacement can be comprehensively determined according to the medium temperature in the slurry silo,the pressure in the slurry silo,and the decompression test.
