Design and Calculation Method of Rigid Spread Foundation Subjected to Horizontal Force and Torque
The foundation of integrating multiple bars into one bar is subjected to horizontal force,bending moment and torque under wind load.However,the torque is not considered in the current design of the bar foundation,which may lead to torsional failure of the foundation.According to the stress form of the bar foundation,the corresponding simplified calculation model was established.The theoretical analysis of the foundation stress and deformation under the two load conditions of horizontal force-eccentric bending moment and torque was carried out,and the failure envelope of the expanded rigid foundation under the push-torsion load was further obtained.The influence of different height-length ratios on the failure envelope is analyzed and fitted to obtain the theoretical solution.The theoretical calculation method is verified by an indoor model test.
