Research on Composite Waterproof Construction Technology of Non-curing Coating and SBS Membrane
The application of a non-curable rubber asphalt waterproofing coating and SBS self-adhesive waterproofing membrane composite waterproofing system in basement roof waterproofing construction can effectively solve the technical difficulties of cracking failure and water channeling of the waterproofing layer,and improve the overall waterproofing effect of the waterproofing layer.Non-curable rubber asphalt waterproof coating has the advantages of never curing,strong adhesion and simple construction,which can effectively reduce the waterproof leakage of basement roofs.Especially in areas with large annual precipitation and high groundwater levels,the composite waterproofing system combining non-curable coating and SBS membrane can enhance the bonding force between membrane and base,increase the durability of membrane,and prolong the service life of membrane under the condition of long-term contact between membrane and water.The waterproof composite system can effectively prevent the damage to the membrane caused by the structural plane force and minimize the risk of leakage.
