Cumulative Lifting Technology of High-zone Steel Structure for Ice-snow Complex in Ganlu Mountain Literary and Creation City
Taking high-zone steel structure of Ice-snow Complex in Ganlu Mountain Literary and Creation City as the research object, aiming at the difficulties of super high, overweight, large span, large inclined slope, concentrated mass at the cantilever end and large internal cavity size, the construction technology of low-position assembly and cumulative lifting is proposed.Due to the difference between the structural stress and the design state in the construction stage,it is necessary to simulate and analyze the whole construction process.Based on the simulation data, the structural reinforcement, lifting platform design and lifting equipment configuration are carried out.In the lifting state, the force and displacement of each lifting point are monitored by the computer monitoring system and the total station respectively, and the height of each lifting point is dynamically fine-tuned according to the measured data to ensure the synchronization, stability and safety of the lifting process. At the same time, the stress monitoring for key rods at each stage is carried out,and the monitoring results do not exceed the warning value, which verifies the feasibility of the construction scheme.
