在建筑工程管理数字化背景下,为进一步提高施工质量和工期的管理水平,研究开发了一套施工管理数字化监管系统,并借助大数据交互和区块链技术,通过预警和检查管理机制,实现对施工质量的实时监控.此外,改革验收管理模式,建立新的智慧监测模式,在智能算法帮助下实现数据资料的自动整理与审核,简化了审批流程,缩短了验收时间.在此基础上,充分利用系统信息实时交互特点,加强各部门协同管理,消除信息孤岛,实现工程建设"全链管".针对工程质量难保障、监管难落实、问题难溯源问题,提出了数字化的系统解决方案,提高了工程质量,减少了工程监管人员工作量,提高了智慧监管程度.
Digital Supervision and Interactive Application of Big Data for Building Project Construction Management
Under the background of digital building project management,in order to further improve the management level of construction quality and construction period,a set of digital supervision system for construction management is developed.With the help of big data interaction and block chain technology,real-time monitoring of construction quality is realized through early warning and inspection management mechanism.In addition,the acceptance management mode is reformed,and a new intelligent monitoring mode is established.With the help of intelligent algorithm,the automatic collation and audit of data is realized,which simplifies the approval process and shortens the acceptance time.On this basis,the characteristics of real-time interaction of system information are made full use,the collaborative management of various departments is strengthened,information islands is eliminated,and the end-to-end management of engineering construction is realized.Aiming at the problems of difficult guarantee of quality,difficult implementation of supervision and difficult traceability of problems for engineering,a digital system solution is proposed,which improves the engineering quality,reduces the workload of engineering supervisors and improves the degree of intelligent supervision.
