Application of Lightweight Integrated Hydraulic Jacking Steel Platform in Ningbo Manhattan Building Project
The core tube of the standard floor for Ningbo Manhattan Building adopts the self-developed lightweight integral hydraulic jacking steel platform,which takes the rigid truss structure as the main body.The top integral steel platform can be installed with an integrated distributor,and the core tube wall formwork and 4～5 layers of operation platform are suspended.Through the full working surface protection,the multi-working surface interpenetration operation is guaranteed.The installation,operation,demolition construction process,key and difficult management of the steel platform are introduced.Practice shows that the use of the steel platform shortens the main process time and effectively shortens the construction period of the core tube standard layer.
