超高层建筑施工垂直运输通道塔设计与施工技术

在超高层建筑施工过程中,施工电梯分散布置影响幕墙施工与正式电梯安装调试,不利于现场管理.结合香港环球贸易广场和天津高银 117 大厦中施工垂直运输通道塔应用实例,从结构体系设计、结构连接设计、标准节及附属构件安装等方面,系统提出了一套关于超高层建筑垂直运输通道塔设计与施工技术.该技术应用装配式钢结构通道塔作为施工电梯附着载体和人员材料集中运输通道,实现了施工人员、材料与垂直运输通道塔的统一规划,节省了施工现场用地;装配式钢结构设计安拆方便,可重复使用,绿色环保;施工期分段提前运营,经济与社会效益显著.
Design and Construction Technology of Vertical Transportation Channel Tower for Super High-rise Building Construction
In the construction process of super high-rise buildings,the scattered arrangement of construction elevators affects the curtain wall construction and the installation and debugging of formal elevators,which is not conducive to on-site management.Combined with the application examples of the construction of vertical transportation channel tower in Hong Kong Global Trade Plaza and Tianjin Gaoyin 117 Building,a set of design and construction technology of vertical transportation channel tower for super high-rise buildings is systematically proposed from the aspects of structural system design,structural connection design,standard section and auxiliary component installation.The technology uses the prefabricated steel structure channel tower as the attached carrier of the construction elevator and the centralized transportation channel of personnel and materials,and realizes the unified planning of the construction personnel,materials and vertical transportation channel tower,the construction site land is saved.The prefabricated steel structure design is easy to install and dismantle,reusable,and environmentally friendly.The construction period can be operated in advance,and the economic and social benefits are remarkable.
