Measurement Method and Precision Control of Steel Structure for Lusail Stadium
The main steel structure of the Lusail Stadium in Qatar is a large-span space structure with 24 pairs of V-shaped steel columns supporting the compression ring,the shape of the members is complex.The compression ring is connected to the fish-bellied hoop tension cable truss,which has high accuracy requirements and is difficult to measure.In order to control the final positioning accuracy of the compression ring,the measurement schemes of three-dimensional laser scanning and total station+self-attached reflector are adopted respectively for different conditions in the stages of steel structure processing,on-site assembly and hoisting.In the final positioning stage,in order to overcome the limitations of on-site conditions,combined with the advantages of the two measurement schemes,the total station scanning method was pioneered and applied to meet the accuracy control requirements of the compression ring.
