为实现单体净重达 3 037t的浆态床加氢反应器整体吊装,提出以单台履带式起重机作为主吊整体吊装浆态床加氢反应器的吊装工艺.通过升级改造大型履带式起重机,结合起重机地基下填上垫、双层路基箱铺设、远起近立吊装工艺设计、地基沉降实时数字化监测、双警戒线设置等多项创新技术的研究和应用,在 6d内安全、顺利、高效地完成了 3 台浆态床加氢反应器的吊装,创造了履带式起重机单机主吊吊重和吊装进度的新纪录,具有显著的经济和社会效益.
Hoisting Technology of Slurry Bed Hydrogenation Reactor
In order to realize the integral hoisting of slurry bed hydrogenation reactor with a net weight of 3 037t,the hoisting process of slurry bed hydrogenation reactor with a single crawler crane as the main crane is proposed.Through the upgrading and transformation of large crawler crane,combined with the research and application of many innovative technologies,such as the filling and cushioning of crane foundation,the laying of double-layer subgrade boxes,the hoisting process design of far-rise and near-stand,the real-time digital monitoring of foundation settlement,the setting of double warning lines,the hoisting of three slurry bed hydrogenation reactors was completed safely,smoothly and efficiently within 6days,creating a new record of hoisting weight and process for crawler crane single main crane,which has significant economic and social benefits.
