高空大跨度混凝土连廊贝雷梁支撑体系施工技术

为解决高空大跨度混凝土连廊支撑施工难题,以南京新兴发展集团大明路项目为例,对贝雷梁支撑体系安装及拆除全过程进行研究与分析.在预应力混凝土连廊施工过程中,采用内设混凝土牛腿用于支设分配主梁,从而对原混凝土结构进行支撑加强,使结构梁能直接作为贝雷梁支撑体系支座.贝雷梁采用拖拽方式安装到位,后期采用局部分解+整体吊装落地方式进行拆除.采用有限元软件MIDAS Civil进行施工模拟分析,分析结果表明,贝雷梁在拖拽过程中具有较高的安全储备,能满足拖拽施工要求.模拟分析贝雷梁支撑体系在施加荷载前、后受力状态变化可知,贝雷梁平台作为高空连廊支撑体系能保障其安全施工.
Construction Technology of Bailey Beam Support System for High-altitude Large-span Concrete Corridors
In order to solve the construction problem of high-altitude large-span concrete corridor support,taking the Daming Road project of Nanjing Xinxing Development Group as an example,the whole process of installation and demolition of Bailey beam support system is studied and analyzed.In the construction process of prestressed concrete corridor,the internal concrete corbel is used to support and distribute the main beam,so as to support and strengthen the original concrete structure,so that the structural beam can be directly used as the bearing of Bailey beam support system.The Bailey beam is installed in place by dragging and pulling,and is dismantled by local decomposition+overall lifting and landing in the later stage.The finite element software MIDAS Civil is used for construction simulation analysis.The analysis results show that the Bailey beam has a high safety reserve during the dragging process and can meet the dragging construction requirements.By simulating and analyzing the change of the stress state of the Bailey beam support system before and after the load is applied,it can be seen that the Bailey beam platform can ensure the safe construction as a high-altitude corridor support system.
