三龙湾(潭村)九年一贯制学校项目中,架空运动场施工存在跨度大、高度超高和邻近古建筑等施工重难点问题.基于此,对大跨度超高贝雷架支撑体系进行设计及受力分析.结合工程实际情况,总结贝雷架支撑体系施工工艺和模拟吊装施工等关键技术.工程应用表明,大跨度超高混凝土结构贝雷架高支模施工不仅保护了邻近古建筑,而且保证了施工质量.
High Altitude Formwork Construction Technology for Large-span and Ultra-high Concrete Structures with Bailey Frames
The construction of the overhead sports field in the nine-year consistent school project of Sanlongwan(Tancun)faces significant difficulties,such as large-span,ultra-high height,and proximity to ancient buildings.In this regard,the support system of the large-span and ultra-high Bailey frame is designed and subjected to force analysis.Based on the actual situation of the project,the key technologies are summarized,such as the construction process and simulated lifting construction of the Bailey frame support system.Engineering applications shows that the high altitude formwork construction of large-span and ultra-high concrete structures not only protects adjacent ancient buildings,but also ensures construction quality.
