复杂标高下行走式塔式起重机行走轨道设计技术

国内大型会议会展中心多采用地下混凝土结构+地上钢结构的组合形式,以行走式塔式起重机作为地上钢结构主要施工机械.针对地下室混凝土顶板降板标高复杂、顶板强度不满足大型设备站位要求等难点,通过设计轨道、轨道梁、圆管支撑及承台基础作为行走式塔式起重机的基础,成功研发了一套适用于地下室顶板不同标高处的轨道梁支撑系统,解决了降板区域轨道梁无支撑点的问题,形成可供塔式起重机水平移动行走的轨道及轨道梁设计技术.对比传统附着自升塔式起重机,此技术解决了项目不同建设阶段塔式起重机布置不断变化等难点.
Design Technology of Walking Track for Walking Tower Crane Under Complex Elevation
The large-scale domestic conference and exhibition center mostly adopts the combination form of underground concrete structure and above-ground steel structure,with walking tower crane as the main construction machinery of above-ground steel structure.Aiming at the difficulties of complex elevation for basement concrete roof falling plate and roof strength not meeting the station position of large equipment,a set of track beam support system suitable for different elevations of basement roof is successfully developed by designing track,track beam,round tube support and cap foundation as the basis of walking tower crane,which solves the problem that there is no support point of track beam in falling plate area,and forms the design technology of track and track beam for tower crane to move horizontally.Compared with the traditional attached self-elevating tower crane,the difficulty of changing the layout of tower crane in different construction stages of the project is solved by this technology.
