钢结构雨篷整体坍塌原因调查与分析

对某钢结构雨篷整体坍塌事故开展调查,综合资料调查、现场检测及承载力验算结果,对雨篷坍塌原因进行分析.雨篷结构与主体结构之间的连接节点未按设计图纸要求采用预锚固连接,且存在较多的施工缺陷,结构未改造前锚固节点承载力不满足安全使用要求,结构改造使用荷载不断增加,使用过程中锚固胶老化使结构承载力进一步降低,引起锚固节点承载力严重不足,最终导致雨篷坍塌.
Causes Investigation and Analysis for the Overall Collapse of the Steel Structure Awning
The overall collapse accident of a steel structure awning was investigated,and the causes of the awning collapse were analyzed based on the results of data investigation,on-site testing and bearing capacity verification.The connection nodes between the awning structure and the main structure is not pre-anchored according to the requirements of the design drawings,and there are many construction defects,the bearing capacity of the anchor nodes before the structure is not transformed does not meet the requirements of safe use,the load of structural transformation is increasing,and the bearing capacity of the structure is further reduced by the aging of the anchoring glue in the process of use,which causes the bearing capacity of the anchor nodes to be seriously insufficient,and finally leads to the collapse of the awning.
