直立锁边曲线型屋面防渗漏控制技术

铝镁锰板直立锁边曲线型屋面渗漏现象时有发生,为此通过BIM+Fuzor软件建立屋面模型,找出暴风、暴雨和暴雪天气条件下屋面渗漏水易发部位,优化屋面排水及关键节点施工方案.研发直立锁边曲线型屋面卷材防水压槽密封装置,解决屋面固定支座施工破坏防水卷材完整性的问题,保证防水卷材的有效性.采用无缝焊接铝镁锰板代替泛水板,解决直立锁边曲线型屋面天窗侧边泛水板收口易渗漏的问题.
Anti-leakage Control Technology of Vertical Locking Curved Roof
The leakage of vertical locking roof of aluminum magnesium manganese plate occurs frequently.Therefore,the roof model is established by BIM and Fuzor software to find out the prone parts of roof leakage under the conditions of storm,rainstorm and snowstorm,and to optimize the roof drainage and key node construction scheme.The vertical locking curved roof waterproof roll-roofing materials groove sealing device is developed to solve the integrity problem of waterproof roll-roofing materials damaged by the construction of roof fixed base and ensure the effectiveness of waterproof roll-roofing materials.Using aluminum magnesium manganese plate seamless welding instead of flashing plate,the problem of leakage of flashing plate at the side of vertical locking roof light is solved.
