为采用定向爆破技术安全拆除42m高倾斜砖混结构烟囱,通过理论力学计算和分析,并结合工程实际确定180°的小角度切口.通过力的合成原理,精确计算倾斜烟囱爆破中心线与纠偏角.通过采用小角度切口定向爆破拆除技术,倾斜烟囱可按照纠偏后的倒向倾斜倒塌落地,爆破效果较好,验证了倾斜烟囱采用小角度切口爆破拆除的可行性.
Inclined Chimney Small Angle Incision Directional Blasting Demolition Technology
In order to safely demolish 42m inclined brick-concrete structure chimney with directional blasting technology,a small angle incision of 180° was determined through theoretical mechanics calculation and analysis,combined with engineering practice.Through the principle of force synthesis,the blasting center line and deviation correction angle of inclined chimney are calculated accurately.By using the small angle incision directional blasting demolition technology,the inclined chimney can fall to the ground according to the reverse tilt after rectification,and the blasting effect is good,which verifies the feasibility of the inclined chimney demolition by small angle incision directional blasting.
