不同老化程度下沥青混凝土检测关键技术

沥青混凝土路面服役过程中,由于路面所处环境、路面荷载、使用时间的不同,出现不同程度的老化.沥青混凝土老化是导致路面出现病害的主要原因之一,准确评定沥青混凝土老化程度,可为路面结构修复工作提供依据.通过开展老化试验并对沥青混凝土进行超声波声学检测,将接收到的声波信号进行处理与分析,提取可反映老化程度的声学特征参数,有利于判定沥青混凝土老化程度.研究结果表明,不同老化时间下,同一沥青混凝土试件超声波检测首波波形大致相同,尾波波形存在一定程度的畸变,首波到达时间变化不明显,尾波到达时间存在明显变化;不同沥青混凝土试件频域信号主要分布在25~125kHz频率范围,频域主峰频率在75kHz附近;随着老化时间的增加,沥青针入度逐渐减小;沥青混凝土试件老化程度基本随着老化时间的增加而增大;沥青混凝土试件老化程度增长趋势与尾波波速变化率增长趋势相同,尾波波速变化率可较好地反映老化程度.
Key Technology of Asphalt Concrete Detection Under Different Aging Degree
In the service process of asphalt concrete pavement,due to the different environment,pavement load and service time,there are different degrees of aging.Asphalt concrete aging is one of the main causes of pavement diseases.Accurate evaluation of the aging degree of asphalt concrete can provide a basis for pavement structure repair.Through the aging test and ultrasonic acoustic detection of asphalt concrete,the received acoustic signal is processed and analyzed,and the acoustic characteristic parameters that can reflect the aging degree are extracted,which is beneficial to determine the aging degree of asphalt concrete.The research results show that under different aging time,the first wave waveform of ultrasonic testing of the same asphalt concrete specimen is roughly the same,the coda wave waveform has a certain degree of distortion,the first wave arrival time does not change significantly,and the coda wave arrival time changes significantly.The frequency domain signals of different asphalt concrete specimens are mainly distributed in the frequency range of 25~125 kHz,and the main peak frequency in the frequency domain is near 75kHz.With the increase of aging time,the penetration of asphalt decreases gradually.The aging degree of asphalt concrete specimens increases with the increase of aging time.The growth trend of aging degree of asphalt concrete specimens is the same as that of the change rate of the coda wave velocity,and the change rate of the coda wave velocity can better reflect the aging degree.
